Owner and President of the Emerald Isle Group, LLC, a management and leadership consulting Firm.

COO for Firefighter One, LLC and FF1 Apparatus, LLC.  Oversees all operational aspects for two multi-million dollar companies that sells public safety equipment and fire apparatus.  Operates 3 diesel shops and facilities.  The companies total 65 employees which all report through the COO.

Directs all administrative operations for the Elmwood Park Fire Department.  The Department staffs 4 facilities with over 70 members.  Liaison to the Mayor, BA, and Council.

Began his career in 1995 as a firefighter and held every rank through Chief of the Department.  Responsible for over 470 employees and all administrative and operational activities inclusive of budget promulgation and HR.

Provides content and feedback for the NJ Certified Public Manager Program at Rutgers University School of Public Affairs and Administration.

Oversee all planning, training, and exercising for terrorism and natural disasters involving chemical, biological, radioactive, & explosive materials. Developed and presented multi-million dollar budget and the threat hazard identification and risk assessment.

Oversee all planning, training, and exercising for terrorism and natural disasters involving building collapse and technical rescue operations for a team of over 660 rescue firefighters. Developed and presented multi-million dollar budget and the threat hazard identification and risk assessment.

 Collaborate with County Health professionals to facilitate health and wellness for
underserved population within the County. This includes direct input into Opioid response and COVID response, testing and vaccination throughout the County.
